Hi, I'm Gomez and this is Corpulent Capers, where I shall mostly be talking about food, travel and anything else that takes my fancy.  My wife, aka Mrs A, and my self are self confessed "foodies" on a mission to try and discover as many new eateries as we can.

Living in Wales, just on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, we have some of the finest produce on the planet. Where ever we go we look for places that serve quality local seasonal produce.

My love for cooking blossomed when I lived in France. Now living in Wales, I cook with the best that this country offers. Knitting and yarn fanatic too!
